Environmental protection department monitoring data show that the transformation of Taiyuan two power plant after the four units of pollutant emission index is better than the first class of ultra-low emission standards in Shanxi Province limit requirements, that is, dust emission concentration of less than 5 mg, sulfur dioxide emission concentration of less than 35 mg , Nitrogen oxide emission concentration of less than 50 mg.
Annual use of hours 4000 hours, the plant can reduce emissions of 300 tons per year, 3200 tons of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides 980 tons.
Transformation also brought economic benefits. According to Liu Xuedong introduced to upgrade the transformation of four units, Taiyuan Electric invested about 115 million yuan. According to the relevant materials issued by the Economic Commission of Shanxi Province in 2016, each 30MW unit of the enterprise can obtain 192 hours of annual use of the hour award, the annual base electricity increased by 242 million kwh, which is converted into profit of about 35 million yuan. According to Shanxi Province and Taiyuan City, ultra-low emissions transformation policy, enterprises can also get about 90 million yuan of transformation funds subsidies.
